Kato has been tattooing since early 2019 and currently works at Flesh Mechanics in Monaca, PA. She has experience with color, black and grey, fine line, and coverups. To book an appointment with her, please stop by the shop for an in person consultation. A $60-$100 deposit is required to book, depending on the piece.
